What You Need to Know

Thanks to HubSpot’s improved API, we’ve boosted the functionality of our most popular integrations:

  • HubSpot Premium: Includes new functionality for our paid subscribers.

  • HubSpot Basic: Now with added features for our free users.

The Latest Updates

Updates to the Premium HubSpot Integration:

  • Expanded Workflow Extension Tool

  • Hubspot Premium for Contacts is now Hubspot Premium For Contacts, Companies, and Deals.

    • Import Lists to create Smart Send Campaigns, or utilize workflows for Triggered Drip Campaigns for any of these three object types

    • Include up to 34 unique variable fields

    • When selected, receive the latest Postalytics Mail Event within each object, as well as the full suite of Postal Mail Events on the Hubspot Activity Timeline

  • HubSpot Premium for Companies and Objects is now HubSpot Premium for Custom Objects.

    • A separate integration 

    • Import lists and sync data to and from any custom object within HubSpot to create Smart Send or Triggered Drip Campaigns

    • Include up to 34 unique variable fields

    • When selected, receive the latest Postalytics Mail Event within the object, as well as the Postal Mail Event “Mailed” on the Hubspot Activity Timeline


Updates to the HubSpot Basic Integration:

  • Expanded Workflow Extension Tool

  • Now includes Contacts, Companies, and Deals object types

    • Importing lists for Smart Send Campaigns

    • Use HubSpot Workflows to Create Triggered Drip Campaigns

  • Include up to 34 unique variable fields

  • View the Postalytics Campaign Name and Drop ID within the HubSpot Workflow

  • Receive the latest Postalytics Mail Event by Campaign within the object 

How the Integration is Updated

HubSpot Premium Contacts, Companies, and Deals Integration, as well as the HubSpot Basic Integration, do not require any action steps on your part. These updates have been activated and are live in both.

The HubSpot Premium Custom Objects Integration does require an action step in order to take advantage of these new features. 

For this integration, simply click “Update” on the account Integrations page, via the Connect portal.

If the Premium Custom Objects Integration is not updated, the new features will not be accessible, and the workflows that are in place will continue to function in the same capacity as they have, without interruption.
