What formats are available?

4 x 6 Postcard
6 x 9 Postcard
6 x 11 Postcard
8.5 x 11 Letter, up to 6 pages (12 sides)

What are the paper and print specs?

All postcards are full bleed, printed on 12pt Gloss FSC Cardstock (30% recycled content).

Letters are printed on 60# FSC paper (30% recycled content) and include a #10 double window outer envelope with artlined security tint.

Can I use a US return address when mailing in Canada?

Canada Post requires that the mailpieces have a Canadian return address. Please contact support if this is something you need assistance with.

Why isn’t delivery tracking available in Canada?

Delivery tracking is not available through Canada Post Personalized Mail™. However, you can still utilize pURL and QR Code tracking through Postalytics.

What are the estimated delivery times in Canada?

Canada Post Personalized Mail™ delivery times are estimated at 5 to 7 business days, to most of Canada. Please note that delivery is not guaranteed by Canada Post Personalized Mail™ or Postalytics.

Do I need to upload a separate list for my Canadian recipients?

No, as long as you’ve included a field titled “Country” and mapped it using the Postalytics software. During upload, we’ll split the list for you and create a US and Canada version. You’ll find them in your list library once the upload is complete.

Can I buy DM credits for Canadian mailers?

Absolutely! Direct Mail credits for Canadian formats are purchased in the same way that US credits are purchased. See our help doc Direct Mail Credits for more information and instructions.
