As and Agency User, you're able to view credit balances, buy credits*, review transaction history and manage the credit renewal settings in each of your Client Accounts.
Navigate to the desired Client Account, click on the Account drop down menu, and then click 'Direct Mail Credits'.
*Direct mail credits expire one year after purchase.
Choose the format/class of mail that you want to buy or manage credits for.
To view Credit Transactions, select 'Transactions' from the dropdown next to the format balance. Choose the date range and click 'Search'.
To review the Credit Usage Details, click 'more details'.
