Basic Campaign Flow Information
1 - Workflow Name: Type in the name of the Campaign Flow
2 - Recipients Country: Select the country (United States or Canada) from the drop down menu.
Campaign Flows work with one country per flow.
Campaigns used in a flow must match the country selected for the flow.
3 - Allow Duplicates: To allow duplicate records, check the box.
If the box is unchecked no duplicate records will be allowed.
This setting does not overwrite the “allow duplicates” flag of the Direct Mail Campaign(s) linked in the flow.
You can change this setting at any time after the flow is created by visiting “Enrollment”.

Campaign Types
In order for the data to sync properly, all campaigns linked in a flow are required to be the same campaign type. For example, if the first campaign type selected in a flow is a Triggered Drip Campaign, all others in the same flow must also be Triggered Drip Campaigns. Each of the individual campaigns in a Flow can leverage Postalytics integrations to sync campaign level delivery and response events to your CRM or marketing automation platforms.
1 - Triggered Drip*: Selecting this campaign type will navigate to the Integration selection page, where you can choose any of the integrations you’ve set up within your account.
*Salesforce integration is not available with Campaign Flows at this time.
If the account has more than one integration for any given automation, select the desired integration from on the following page, then click “Next”. If there is only one, click “Next.”
2 - Automated File: Selecting this campaign type will require you to select a file to upload and then map the headers in the same way the file was set up for the Automated File Campaign being connected to the flow.
Review
Both of the campaign type wizards will finish with a review of your selections. Verify the selections and if any are incorrect, select the edit icon to the left of the step. If they are correct, click “Start Building” to save and move to the next step.
