Three Touch Flow using HubSpot Integration

This Sample Campaign Flow will be a Three Touch Delay Flow using the HubSpot Integration. 

All of the Direct Mail Triggered Drip Campaigns that will be used in the Campaign Flow must be with the same integration, created and tested beforehand, and toggled to Live Mode. 

  1. Click “Create New Campaign Flow” to open the Campaign Flow Wizard. 

  1. Enter the Flow Name, select the Recipient Country, and click the box to Allow Duplicates, or leave it blank if no duplicates will be allowed. Then, click Next to continue.

  1. Choose the campaign type that will be associated with this flow.

Triggered Drip Campaign

  1. Select the automation that was used for the campaigns being used in the flow. 

** Salesforce integration is not available with Campaign Flows at this time. **

  1. Select the integration from the drop down menu, then click “Next”.


  1. The last step in the Flow SetUp Wizard is to review and confirm. If everything looks good, click “Start Building!”, or if there is an edit to be made, click “Back”.

Build a Three Touch Flow

  1. From the “Build” tab, click the plus and then click “Send Mail” to add a new Send Mail action to the flow. 


  1. Click on the Send Mail action in the flow to open its details on the right panel. 

Select the initial campaign, and then “Save Action”.


  1. Under the first Send Action rule, click the plus to add a Delay by Days rule.


  1. Repeat to add a second Send Mail rule with the second drop. 


  1. Repeat the Delay by Days rule.


  1. Repeat to add the third Send Mail rule for this flow.


  1. Review and verify the actions within your flow. Click “Save Revision” at the top of the page. 


  1. When you are ready to start the Campaign Flow, click “Publish Draft”.

Save and Publish

Once the Campaign Flow has been built, save it by clicking “Save Revision” in the upper right. If you’re ready to go live with the Flow, click “Publish Draft”.

Syncing Events and Data

While Flows themselves do not sync data back to the CRM, unless the “Send Webhook” Action is included in the flow, the individual campaigns within the Flow will continue to sync events and data as intended.
