HubSpot Premium elevates direct mail marketing to the next level. This powerful upgrade, available with Postalytics' Marketer, Pro, Agency, and Annual Commit plans, allows for the precise selection of which Postalytics events populate the HubSpot Timeline with essential activity and engagement data, providing a more comprehensive and powerful way to manage and report on all mail interactions.

Two robust integrations are available:

  • Contacts, Companies, and Deals

  • Custom Objects

Each integration requires its own quick setup. Your Postalytics account supports both types of integrations, and even multiple instances of each, all within the same account. This flexibility enables campaigns to be tailored precisely as needed.

HubSpot Premium Companies, and Deals

HubSpot Premium for Contacts, Companies, and Deals supports the download of lists from all three object types, creating Triggered Drip or Smart Send Campaigns, and receiving the full suite of activity timeline events, along with usability with the upgraded workflow extension tool. Sending mail from any of these three object types directly tracks mail activity within that object type.

The HubSpot workflow extension tool, available in all three object types, supports up to 34 unique variable data fields, allowing for more detailed personalization in mailings. 

Set Up HubSpot Premium for Contacts, Companies and Deals Integration

  • Begin by selecting “Connect” in the dropdown menu under your account username.

  • Next, click “Connect App Marketplace” from the Integrations page.

  • On the Connect App Marketplace page, click on “details” under the HubSpot icon.

  • Choose “Add HubSpot Premium Integration” once on the HubSpot integration page.

  • Select the account to connect. Logging into the HubSpot account may be required here. 

  • The following window asks you to name the integration and select whether you’d like to receive Postalytics events posted back to the object type and the HubSpot Timeline.

    • Selecting “No” means you will not receive any event status codes back into HubSpot.

    • Selecting “Yes” allows you to choose which event statuses you’d like to receive back to the object as well as on the HubSpot Timeline.

Postal Mail Engagement

Choosing to receive the "Mailed" event automatically engages the native HubSpot Contact activity type "Postal Mail Engagement". This will update each time a Contact receives a "Mailed" event type from Postalytics, saving manual effort. For these events, the timeline will be updated with a single event using the Postal Mail Engagement field.

Once completed, the HubSpot Premium integration for Contacts, Companies, and Deals is complete and you’re ready to import a list for a Smart Send Campaign or create a Triggered Drip Campaign.
