This advanced integration goes beyond HubSpot Basic, giving you the power to select specific Postalytics events that populate your HubSpot Timeline with crucial activity and engagement data.
There are two powerful integration options:

Each option requires its own setup, but your Postalytics account supports both within the same account, and even multiple instances of each. This flexibility gives you plenty of choices for your campaigns.

The HubSpot Premium Custom Objects Integration fully syncs custom objects to and from HubSpot into Postalytics. This allows for downloading created lists of the object, creating Smart Send and/or Triggered Drip Campaigns, and syncing object events back into HubSpot.

Set Up HubSpot Premium for Custom Objects Integration
Begin by selecting “Connect” in the dropdown menu under your account username.
Next, click “Connect App Marketplace” from the Integrations page.
On the Connect App Marketplace page, click on “details” under the HubSpot icon.
Choose “Add Custom Object Support” on the HubSpot integration page.
In the popup select “Add HubSpot Premium Custom Object Support”.
Select the account to connect. Logging into the HubSpot may be required here.
The following window asks you to name the integration and select whether you’d like to receive Postalytics events posted back to the object type.
Selecting “No” means you will not receive any event status codes back into HubSpot.
Selecting “Yes” allows you to choose which event statuses you’d like to receive back to the object.
Postal Mail Engagement
Choosing to receive the "Mailed" event automatically engages the native HubSpot Contact activity type "Postal Mail Engagement". This will update each time a Contact receives a "Mailed" event type from Postalytics. For this event, the timeline will be updated using the Postal Mail Engagement field.
Once completed, the HubSpot Premium integration for Custom Objects is ready to import a list for a Smart Send Campaign, or create a Triggered Drip Campaign.
