Introduction to Campaign Flows
Postalytics Flows is the first and only workflow automation software designed specifically for multi-touch direct mail campaigns. Similar to email marketing automations and workflows, this innovative tool allows you to automate your entire multi-touch direct mail process, from campaign creation to suppression list management.
Campaign Flows enable the seamless integration of triggered drip or automated file campaigns, allowing an unlimited number of recipients to “flow” through multiple campaigns in a structured sequence. When you build a Flow, you assemble a journey for your recipients, with data-driven timing and logic of what happens. With that built-in logic, Flows can deliver mailings based on time, events, or other specified conditions, ensuring precise message timing.
Flows operate on a contact-based system, meaning each contact from the triggering campaign is tracked throughout the entire Flow. This structure simplifies the setup of complex campaign workflows.
Some of the most common use cases for a campaign flow are:
A multi-touch advertising campaign featuring several creatives staggered over a period of time. An example of this is a three touch campaign featuring drops every 30 days.
A continuous campaign drop that automatically removes users from further communications over the next year based upon response rates by adding them to a “Do Not Send” suppression lists based upon response types.
An A/B testing campaign that randomly sorts users into one of two creatives to compare response rates.
A custom campaign connection that reports data back to a third-party source outside of their current triggering CRM to use with other marketing tools via custom webhooks.
