Setup or Update Your Profile to Save Time Later

To setup or edit your account profile, go to the main navigation bar, under your username and select Profile.

It only takes a few minutes to set up or update your Profile to make sure that your account is operating as efficiently as possible.

Your account Username is what was chosen when your account was created, it cannot be changed from the Profile page. If you do need to change your Username, please contact Postalytics.

The name and phone number information is important in case Postalytics needs to contact you about orders, campaigns, etc.

Enter email addresses that you and others monitor

It is critical that you enter email addresses for each person (or a group email for multiple people) that you want to receive System and Billing related emails. In order to enter multiple email addresses, add a comma after each email and no spaces, like below:

john@johnshvac.com,mary@johnshvac.com,fred@johnshvac.com

The Profile Information email address(es) you enter here will receive system related emails, such as notifications of when a list has been imported, when there are errors that occur and other system related matters.

The Billing Information email address(es) you enter here will receive emails for all billing and ordering related transactions, such as campaign orders, direct mail credit orders, low credits warnings, credit auto renew notices, monthly subscriptions and other billing related matters.

Note – you can use the same email for both Profile and Billing info, or different email addresses based on who in your organization should know about system and billing related issues.

Address information

Select the Country – either United States or Canada – then enter your organization’s physical and billing address information in the appropriate fields. This will be the default information that Postalytics will pull into campaigns (Sender Address) and in setting up payment methods (Billing Address). It will also setup the default country for purchasing.

Click the Save Profile  button at the top-right hand side of the page.

Change Your Password

In order to change your password, click on the “Update Password” link under Profile in the left side navigation:

Simply enter your current password and then your new password twice to make a change.

All passwords must contain:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 1 upper case letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character

After you’ve confirmed your new password, click Save and your new password will be required for your next login.
