Performance

The Performance tab provides a snapshot of the flow’s progress. These stats are updated in real time as the contracts move through the flow. 

Use the guide below to better understand each of the areas within the Performance tab.

1 - Enrolled Contacts: The number of contacts currently enrolled within the entire flow.

2 - In Progress Contacts: The number of contacts currently in progress through the flow. Contacts may be in varying stages.

3 - Unenrolled contacts: The number of contacts that have been unenrolled from the flow.

4 - Flow Performance: Category event totals from all campaigns within the flow.

5 - Direct Mail Status: The number of campaigns in the flow, as well as the total number of delivered mail from those campaigns.

6 - Campaign Information: The campaign name, number of sends, delivered, and response totals for each campaign within the flow. 


History

Once a flow is live, and contacts have been enrolled, a log of all actions taken for each contact is recorded. This log can be found by clicking on the “History” tab. 

Here you’ll find the details for each step in an actions’ processing, including when the contact was enrolled.

1 - Contact: The name and/or company of the contact

2 - Action: The action taken

3 - Date: The date and time the action was completed

4 - Log: The result of the action

5 - Details: Clicking on “Details” will provide a pop up window with additional information for the specific action.

6 - Filters: Use this area to filter the data within the History log. 

Filter by: contact details, date ranges, or by the outcome of an Action.
