Postalytics is now integrated into CEC Engagement Channels, making it easier than ever to add automated direct mail into your omnichannel customer acquisition strategy.

You can now trigger direct mail directly from CEC Campaigns, using Audience Segments you've already built within Calix. This allows broadband marketers to deliver timely, personalized postcards and letters as part of the same multichannel journeys that power your email, text, and mobile app outreach — all managed inside the CEC platform.

Whether you're promoting new fiber availability, re-engaging households that haven’t yet subscribed, or reaching unresponsive leads in competitive areas, Postalytics helps you extend the reach of your CEC campaigns into the physical mailbox — with automated delivery, built-in tracking, and response analytics.

Let’s get started!

Connect Calix Engagement Cloud to Your Postalytics Account

  • Within your Postalytics account, navigate to the Profile page, found in the drop down menu under your user name.

  • Next, choose "API Key" from the Account Menu

  • Copy your Authorization Header to Paste into your Calix Engagement Cloud Engagement Channel Configuration.
  • Navigate in your Calix Engagement Cloud to Campaigns section under “Engagement Channels”. 
  • Once you click on the “Configuration Settings” button on the Postalytics tile, you are presented with the following setup screen, where you enter the Authorization Header from your Postalytics profile.

That’s it! Your Calix Engagement Cloud and Postalytics accounts are now configured for your automated direct mail campaigns. 

Create A Postalytics Triggered Drip Campaign

To use Calix Engagement Cloud to send data to Postalytics for a specific campaign, you’ll need to Create A Triggered Drip Campaign.

  • The first step is to create your Postalytics Triggered Drip Campaign using the Triggered Drip Campaign Wizard. 
  • Start from the top menu navigation: Campaigns > New Campaign > Triggered Drip > Webhook. The Wizard will walk you through each step in creating the campaign.


Once the Triggered Drip Campaign has been created in Postalytics, your new Triggered Drip Campaign will become available from the dropdown in your CEC Campaign.

Create A Campaign within Calix Engagement Cloud

Now it is time to select your target segment and send direct mail to your new Postalytics Triggered Drip by launching a new campaign within Calix Engagement Cloud. 

In this example, we’ll use LifeStyle segment filters to find all of the prospect personas that have the highest likelihood of being Gamer households. 


  • Save the target audience as a new acquisition segment. In this example, we’ve named it “June Gamer Segment”.


  • Next, navigate to Campaigns in the top-right to go create a campaign with our new Gamer Segment.

  • Then select, New Campaign>Scheduled Campaign

  • Define the basic options for our campaign and we’ll select the target audience segment we just created.

  • Now select Postalytics as our deployment channel.

  • Select the Postalytics Triggered Drip Campaign for this audience segment. Once selected, a thumbnail of the creative will be displayed to the right.

  • Now it’s time to deploy the campaign. 



Once you’ve launched the campaign, you can move back into Postalytics to check that your audience data has been passed to your Postalytics Campaign. 


You can start tracking your campaign delivery and response through Postalytics’ Dashboards.
