Campaign Flows: Warnings and Pausing Flows

Campaign Flow Warnings

Warnings appear if there are issues with your flow. These typically involve campaigns that are in Test Mode.

It is not recommended to run flows when the associated campaign(s) are in Test Mode.

When an error is noted, toggle the flow to Draft Mode, take the actions needed to fix the error, and then publish the flow again.

Pause a Campaign Flow

At any time the flow can be paused and put into Draft Mode by clicking the toggle button in front of “Flow is enabled”.

Contacts will not be enrolled in the flow when it is in Draft Mode. Any contacts currently in motion will also be paused from continuing until the flow is re-enabled.
