How Do I Check and Repost Leads?
Flow Status: Checking & Reposting Leads
Every lead your pixel captures is posted to its Flow — the automation that saves it to a contact list and, if set up, mails it. The pixel report's Flow tab shows the result of each of those posts, so you can confirm leads made it through and re-send any that didn't.

Reading the status column
Each row is one lead's post to the Flow. The status tells you where it stands:
Posted – The lead was delivered to the Flow successfully. Nothing to do.
Pending – Queued and waiting to be posted — usually clears within moments.
Posting – The post is in progress right now.
Retrying – A post attempt didn't succeed; it's scheduled to try again automatically (see below).
Failed – Every automatic attempt was used up and the lead still hasn't posted.
The Retries column shows how many attempts have been made out of the maximum, and the Last Error column shows why the most recent attempt didn't succeed.
Note: A Retrying row also shows when its next automatic attempt is due (for example, "next in ~6h") — so you can see it's still working on its own.
Automatic retries
If a post doesn't succeed, MailBack™ retries it for you automatically on a spread-out schedule — a quick attempt within a few minutes, then again roughly an hour later, and then further attempts spaced out across the next day or two. This rides out temporary hiccups without any action from you.
If every scheduled attempt is used up and the lead still hasn't posted, the row turns Failed — that's your cue to look at the Last Error and repost it manually once the cause is resolved.
The most common cause: the Flow was in draft
A post will fail if the lead arrives while its Flow isn't live (still in draft, or turned off). Once you set the Flow live, the lead won't wait for the next scheduled retry on its own — use Repost to send it right away.
Tip: Set the Flow live first, then repost. If you repost while the Flow is still in draft, the post will just fail again.
Reposting a single lead
On any Failed or Retrying row, click the Repost button (↻) in the Action column. The lead is queued to post again immediately, and the row moves back through Pending → Posting → Posted as it's re-sent.

Reposting all failed leads at once
If several leads failed for the same reason (for example, the Flow was in draft for a stretch), use Repost all failed at the top of the activity table to re-queue every failed lead for that pixel in one click.

Note: Repost only applies to leads that haven't posted yet (Failed or Retrying). It never re-sends a lead that already posted, so you won't create duplicates by clicking it.
