What is MailBack™?

MailBack™ turns anonymous website traffic into actionable leads — and, when you want, into direct mail. You place a small tracking pixel on your website; MailBack™ identifies a portion of your visitors and returns their mailing details as leads. Every pixel connects to a Flow that handles those leads: at minimum it saves them to a contact list, and it can also mail them a postcard or letter automatically.

How it works in four steps

1. Create a pixel for your website and choose what kind of data you want back.

2. Install the pixel on your site (a one-line snippet shown at the end of setup).

3. Leads start arriving — view them in the pixel report and download them anytime.

4. Your Flow handles each lead — saving it to a contact list and, optionally, mailing a postcard or letter. Connecting a Flow isn't optional; sending mail is.

Key terms

Pixel — The tracker for one website. Each pixel has its own settings, leads, and billing.

Lead — An identified visitor with mailing details, returned by MailBack™.

Data Tier — The type/depth of data returned (consumer vs. business).

Flow — The automation every pixel connects to. It handles incoming leads — saving them to a contact list and, optionally, mailing them.

Add-On Subscription — The MailBack™ subscription that enables lead capture and per-lead billing.
