MailBack™ is an add-on to your account. The add-on subscription is what enables lead capture and sets up per-lead billing — separate from your core plan.
No base plan required. MailBack™ is fully independent — it works on a free account or a paid plan. You don't need to upgrade or hold any particular plan to use it.

How billing works
Per lead delivered. You're charged for the leads MailBack™ actually returns — not a flat fee for traffic.
Your budget is the cap. The Monthly Leads Budget you set on each pixel limits how much that pixel can spend in a billing cycle.
Each pixel bills independently. Every metered pixel has its own subscription, starting the day you create it — there's no bundling or shared billing date.
Note: The per-lead price depends on the pixel's Data Tier and whether Phone Append is on.
