The activity Data Feed is a running timeline of what's happening across your account. MailBack™ posts its own events here under the MailBack™ Leads category so you can see pixel activity at a glance.

What MailBack™ posts
Pixel created — a new pixel was set up.
Pixel went Live / turned Off — status changes.
Pixel deleted — a pixel was removed.
New leads collected — a daily summary, e.g. "12 new MailBack™ leads collected by pixel Acme on 06/17/2026."
Filtering to MailBack™
Use the feed's category filter and deselect all icons but MailBack™ Leads (look for the target icon) to show only MailBack™ activity.

How the daily lead count works
The "new leads collected" entry is a once-per-day summary per pixel, covering a full calendar day. The count reflects leads delivered to your account that day — so it matches your pixel report and your billing.
Note: Event times display in your local time zone; the lead count itself is for the full calendar day it summarizes.
