How to Download Leads

You can export your captured leads to a CSV file at any time — handy for mail houses, spreadsheets, or your CRM.

Download your leads

1. Open the pixel and go to the Leads tab.

2. Click Download (Export).

3. A CSV file downloads to your computer.

The file includes each lead's contact and mailing details — and a phone number where you've enabled Phone Append and one is available.

Tip: Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets, or import it straight into your mailing tool or CRM.

Usage export

You can also export a usage CSV (leads and estimated cost per day) from the report for reconciling spend. The daily totals match your billing and the activity feed.
