Suppression Lists: Exclude Specific Emails
Upload a list of email addresses you never want to target with a pixel. Anyone on the list won't be identified as a website visitor lead — useful for existing customers, recent purchasers, opt-outs, or anyone you'd simply rather not mail.

Where to find it
Open the pixel and go to the Suppression tab (alongside Overview, Leads, and Flow Status).
Upload a suppression list
1. Open the pixel and go to the Suppression tab.
2. Drag a CSV (or Excel) file of email addresses onto the upload box — or click it to browse.
3. Click Add to Suppression List.

Your list is processed in the background. You'll see live progress, then a summary of how many addresses were added.
Tip: One email address per row is all you need. A header row (like Email) is fine, extra columns are ignored, and blank or invalid rows are skipped automatically.
What happens to my list?
Each address is hashed and processed securely — matching visitors are excluded from identification, so they won't come through as leads for this pixel.
Suppression applies to this pixel and takes effect going forward.
A per-list record is kept so you can always review what you uploaded.
Tip: Uploading the emails of people who've asked not to be contacted is a simple way to honor Those requests across your direct mail.

The Recent uploads table lists each upload with its date, counts, and status.
Click an upload's file name to see the individual email addresses and whether each one was suppressed.
Click Export to download every suppressed email for the pixel — including the date each was suppressed — as a CSV.
Good to know
Each pixel has its own suppression list — uploading to one pixel doesn't affect another.
Large lists are processed in the background; you can leave the page and come back — the status updates as it works.
Suppression controls who is excluded. To control who is included (location, pages, and so on), use the pixel's targeting and rules when you edit the pixel.
